What exactly do you mean by "officially announced"? The USACE ROD is due sometime this Fall. I can't find information on a more specific timeframe, nor anything that makes mention of December.

I guess the ROD might drag out until early or mid December but that'd be pretty late.

Definitely a wise move. If you're not gunna hold stock, at least get call that expire sometime in the 1st 2021 quarter. That will cover you if the USACE deny the current NAK proposal and they need to take a month or two to submit a new one like they did back in August.
