They'll have crap employees no matter what until the next recession frees up a few % of the white labor supply.

They'd never abandon the key memes they were raised on that are responsible for our present situation ("diversity is a strength", "you can't take it with you", "free markets are 100% the way to go", "go to college because civil rights means pre-job testing is racist", etc.).

And even if you convinced them to drop those, out of sheer self interest most of them could never cut back on Medicare/Social Security benefits.

That means economic, demographic, and governmental death spirals are certain for the next 10 or 20 years.
