Nah, all good. It isn't easy to learn for a 19 year old. I was 20 when I started learning (now 21) and I feel like I know more than enough so it doesn't take too long.
Your broker will provide a watchlist tool where you can just type in the 3 letter code of a stock and it will add it to your watchlist. Pic related is mine through Nabtrade

Yeah it's very strict, but it will still probably be an industry worth billions.
America's medical marijuana industry is worth about $50 billion? would it be worth less if it were strict? yes, but not too much less.
Adjust for population size and it should still be in the billions
