All of their plans are driven on idealism. They all sound great on paper and hell maybe they could work out. Me personally, I decided to hit 10 days of pto and now I'm kinda using it sparingly. If I get to walk out of my company with an extra full paycheck then I'd say it's worthwhile. Don't neglect your health though. I took some time off last week and it felt pretty good to just relax.
