Is there any site left where I can literally just enter my debit card and it sends me btc/eth hassle free? Wyre doesn't work for some reason and everything else is KYC cancer.

Ok bear with me here cause I don't really know what's up with economics or real estate or anything.

But I was wondering what the base unit of value in terms of land by the acre is. In other words, what is the smallest possible unit of land that can be sold?

I've known quarter acre plots to be sold at a profit? So why not a quarter acre minus a square yard? Minus two? How about 1/8th of an acre? 1/16? What is the worth of one square foot of real estate?

What's to keep me from buying 50 acres out in the middle of nowhere and going around selling plots of a square inch? What's the smallest plot of land that still holds value?

Suppose they were no anti-discrimination laws in employment.

Would you discriminate in terms of race, religion, gender, etc. when you're hiring?
