I remember it like it was yesterday.
February 6th 2023 - BBBY was running up 15-125% every day for two weeks before it went parabolic and Virtu turned on the barcode algorithm.
To put it bluntly, BBBY was starting to squeeze and the shorts were about to get forced out of their positions. But they were already dead-set on killing BBBY so they basically double and tripled down. They decided they were going to kill this company and they began to internalize basically every single buy order by offsetting it with a naked short. No matter what the buy volume was it was ALWAYS surpassed in sell volume. So they manually drowned out any and all organic volume in this company. They already had Mark Tritton in place who did the buyback and flooded the company will billions of shitty inventory. They thought they had poisoned the victim (bbby) enough that it would be ok to help move things along by smothering it with a pillow.
But that didn't exactly work out, did it? People continued to buy up until October. Well into bankruptcy. Well after all kinds of documents were coming forward. Cifu had to beg on both of his knees to stop the buying once it became apparent that BBBY is about to be a buyout target and Virtu's short exposure will put them out of business.

They're worried we're all going to hold on and rip their anuses open in a second MOASS. They want us to take the $45 dollars per share plus equity as if we are being tossed a lifeline and NOT that we just blew out a fraudulent HFT market maker.
When new shares carry over so will ALL of the shorts and this is going to SQUEEZE probably harder than even GME MOASS. This stock was getting giga-slurped at $0.05 per share and the shorts were NAKED SHORTING into insane buy pressure. Hence lil Douggie crying on Twitter. He knew that this stock was going to squeeze and their forced algos were literally trying to hold back an ocean's worth of water with a tiny little beaver dam made of sticks.
This stock was going to squeeze even on Feb 6th 2022. That is when lil duggie had to turn on his High Freq Trading algos. (Virtu is an HFT firm)
We are about to all be so fucking rich, bros.

It was such an obvious bluff if you were paying attention in January-Feb 6th. The daily runups were 15-25% DAILY and on Feb6th we ran 125%in a single day. And that was the very moment the algos took over and started barcoding. The literally said "holy fucking shit this is about to squeeze so they literally went ALL IN on suppressing the price and they began to short sell over 100% of every single buy order in order to contain the price and manually force it lower. You could see it on the B/A spread and any blip higher was met with a corresponding naked short. They were dead to rights about to get squeezed last winter 2023 and everything up until that point was a desperation play to head-fake us into believing it was bankrupt.
It's ALL FAKE NEWS.
RC was making a move on this company and the naked shorts were already in too deep. How do I know? Because MARK TRITTON was already in there attempting to sabotage the company's financials. They thought this was another cellar boxing success story but their own hubris and the NATURE of their financial weapons make them easy targets to prey on.
Naked short selling is a scam in order to STEAL shareholder equity. And the reverse of that is we will be ACQUIRING the capital of the short sellers.

Remember, folks. This stock was ramping up 15-25% per day before culminating in a 120% runup to $7 per share BEFORE the emergency short-algo was turned on. This stock was RIPPING higher naturally. Organic price movement was moving us higher. The horrendous smashing down of the price was fake.
This was ALWAYS going to be the result. The slamdown was to get you to be DESPERATE to sell early because the M&A thesis is extremely compelling.

That's nothing more than legalese. The precarious nature of wealthy fund managers necessitates that things will be CRAWLING with lawyers looking to fuck over BBBY management. The simple truth is this: The stock started to squeeze on 2/6 when we ran up to 7$. 120% in a single day. Now, when GME did something similar they paniced and turned off the buy button, causing a legal headache. This time, however, it appears that they have created an emegency-barcode-algo that manhandles the price and drowns out any buy pressure with back and forth transactions between MMs in order to control the trading range of a particular stock. The price action is uncanny, and a vast majority of orders have been internalized in dark pools. All of this downward pressure has created a fatal looking option chain that is cocked and ready to blow someone's head off.
I think the shorts are desperate for a cellar boxing candidate. However they were outmaneuvered and now they are basically underwater to GME as well as BBBY. The SEC is hamstringing RC and any M&A activity behind the scenes because it will cause a squeeze so massive that it must inherently be criminal in nature and impugn the integrity of the federal government and regulatory agencies once the scheme is exposed. Naughty naughty naughty.
Whatever you have to say about BBBY, something appears to be brewing in the background and if there was ever a time to put some money down on a risky gamble this is it. This is the trade of a lifetime. You get to slurp up a company for bankruptcy tier pricing of a company that is not going bankrupt. With a metric fuckton of shorts needing to close from diamond handed retail all of the factors exist for a Jan21 GME style squeeze are building up ready to erupt like a tendy-volcano.

Ever since 2/6 when the price ran up 120% to $7 per share, an emergency barcode algo has been activated and been walking the price down every since. This is not indicative of actual market forces aiding in price discovery. This is an algorithm being employed to ALWAYS drown out any buy volume with even more sale volume to ensure the price is strictly contained. On numerous occasions when the algo ceases, we see immediate green candles.
This tells me that someone is attempting to scare off buy pressure with the narrative of dilution and bankruptcy. However every time they test the waters they can see people are continually slurping shares. The problem is they were about to be liquidated on 2/6 when we started to squeeze, and this time however the option chain has been pulled back into a fatal gamma ramp. The shorts have taken the price as low as they can and thousands of options are profitable even at $1 per share. If they stop internalizing the buy orders into their darkpools, the price rises and squeeze conditions are all in place to destroy whatever zombie institutions that are still shambling around.

I think the price action speaks for itself. Without 70% of the volume being internalized in dark pools actual price discovery would bring things higher. There is definitely something fishy going on with this stock.

The price is literally fake. Once they turn off the emergency margin-call algo the price runs up 15-25% daily even culminating in 120% moves over $7 per share like it did on 2/6/2023. The stock was about to squeeze and literal bank runs started a month later.

The stock was running 15-25% daily until it ran up 120% to $7 per share on 2/6/2023. That is the day that the regulators turned on the emergency barcode algorithm. The price action we see is totally fake and actual price discovery is being suppressed because it is moving against the shorts. The short side of the equation is like 83% short interest, on REGSHO for 50+days, with 7M+ FTDs.
All the silly shillies have to cope is
>muh dilution
when all evidence we have is the holder of the warrants is benign and interested in a company turn around.
We also have an ungodly amount of evidence for M&A activity looming.
We have a confession of Jim Cramer disclosing the methods he utilizes to control price and entice longs to sell. All of his confessions we see playing out in real time with BBBY. They are DESPERATE for the longs to walk away because the shorts piled in so recklessly that they are probably going to go bankrupt, ironically, before Bed Bath and Beyond. TOP KEK

Are you kidding me? The stock price was ripping higher 15-25% daily before it culminated into a 120% rip to $7 per share. The hedgies probably got margin called and failed so they turned on an emergency barcode algorithm. The price action has looked like this ever since 2/6. And even the last two days it has literally been flatlining and trading at 5+ decimal places. BBBY has also been on REGSHO for over 50 days, lol. BBBY looks set to squeeze whereas GME looks contained for the time being. There are other opportunities that present themselves and this one looks very very real.

This is normal price action? This price action started the DAY that BBBY ripped 120%. This is the banking system preventing a short squeeze because this thing was about to blow them all out. Pretty obvious they want to scare people out of their long positions.

People are slurping up shares by the thousands literally every single pay period. The stock is already shorted 99%, the only thing left is for the shorts to close. The only problem is the shorts are the only ones providing any liquidity.
The emergency-algo-barcode was kicked on right after BBBY ran 120% in a single day to $7. People were literally buying at $3 and they are giga-slurping at $1.25. But the price moves lower? I doubt it.

My personal theory is the Barcode algo is an emegency measure while the establishment orchestrates a bailout. I think some zombie hedge funds went all-in on cellar boxing another target and it blew up in their faces. Someone stepped in and saved the company and now it's over. We're just waiting on the fallout.

I think the normal price action wants to move this stock over $10 per share. The 6th of Feb the stock ran over 120% in a single afternoon and the hedgies had to turn on the emergency algo. The stock price barcodes and is comically fake price. You're just a faggot shilly trying to keep GME holders away from BBBY because you know damn well the BBBY tendies will blow you the fuck out.
