How BRRRRT does the FED go currently and how strongly does it inflate stocks?

Which currencies that aren't cryptofaggotry does /biz/ believe to be the most stable ones the upcoming weeks and months?
My gf is russian and lost 20% of her savings in the past two weeks because the rouble got devalued to hell and back. We're checking for alternatives now.
Also would like to hear your train of thought obviously.
My guess is the dollar and the chinese Yuan being kinda safe now since the FED will just pump money until the prints run dry and the Chinese have so much of a headstart on the whole corona stuff that they will be back to normal in no time whilst everybody else is still struggling with quarantine. But I'm a brainlet with economics so maybe it's wrong.
