>buy an apartment as a primary residence
>low money down, preferential interest rate, free-money gubmint programs to encourage homeownership
>use as legal address on car registration, driver's license, taxes, employment documents, open utilities accounts, etc.
>let a friend stay there, collect money in cash, no paper lease, tell the neighbors we're roommates, but give them a sweetheart deal on the rent so they're incentivized to keep quiet
>show up to collect mail once a week but otherwise spend no time there, just live with parents or something for a year
>13-15 months later, tell the lender "oh I've decided to move somewhere else, but I'd like to keep the unit and rent it out" and lease it out to someone new for market rate, move your legal address back to wherever you've been spending your time

Tell me why this wouldn't work?

sometimes I think it's odd the way people do peddle Patrice's work in a way that's similar to the more cynical Manosphere grifters of today. But legitimately, at age 28 now, my life HAS been quite different for having listened to him from a young age. Not all that much in a "he said do this - I'm going to do that!" kind of way but just the mindset.
Seeing the title of that clip does remind me of one of the most-useful things that would come to my mind when relevant, to know "My swagger is off". Like it wasn't a permanent sickness-unto-death, it wasn't like "oh I had something when I was young, it'll never come back". But that peaceful, patient understanding that, I had my swagger when the pieces of my life were together, sometimes you'd get in phases where something is out of place, you're dealing with something that's getting in the way of being your best self. My swagger was off - and that happens. But it comes back.

It depends, I just bought 50 shares of FSLY yesterday at 16.40 on a....whim...and now it’s at 19.00, if I believe the security can make me an easy 100$ I put 50 but if it’s a long term I’ve been dying to get into like AMD or YETI then I dump 100 on the dip and drop off some when it goes up, repurchase on the dip for my core and sell again later. Problem is if I’m wrong I end up bagging it for a few weeks fucking YETI lol

It seems like some rich people in waiting could pop in and squeeze the shit out of it in the same way slick hair man is. What would happen if a few major players could hold an entire float full of shorts hostage?

Biden gropes his way to the top of the Dem polls. He has thoroughly fondled and manhandled Bernie, a gay man, and all sorts of women.

The market will be relieved at his human touch.

Long term seems good but the IPO is a bit overbought right now and overpriced, they have made some profit but a lot of losses also I’d say 19 is a fair price and wait for earnings definitely don’t jump in right now all these unicorns are being bought up by millennials who buy high and sell low, wait about a month and see where it’s at. Remember LYFT

Money doesn’t grow on trees you either earn it or win it like this so yes it’s gambling but it doesn’t have to be if you educate yourself.
If you’re <30 invest in high volatile shit and pray for pops. Why? Because you can make the money back with work if you’re >30 you have tons of shit to worry about and probably can’t afford to lose 2 grand on a pharma bet.
Point being, don’t be afraid when you’re young to invest risky since you can make it back.

I'm in both Galt and LCI heavy for the long haul. Still a lot more upside. Especially Galt where the day to day price isn't worth caring too much about in favor of eventual deals.
