They're saying it does, and it's probably designed to bind differently/for longer periods of time/release differently, or a combination of all of those, I don't know; I haven't read the papers, I'm just guessing at general effects, and the endocannabinoid system isn't one I'm overly familiar with. Nonetheless, their site says that they aren't just taking THC or something and repackaging it in CRBP(TM) capsules.
The endocannabinoid system is just a system of cannabinoid receptors and shit that inherently exist in the human body. You don't even need weed or anything for them to function; they are literally just a part of you. Weed just contains compounds like THC and CBD that target specific cannabinoid receptors (or a broad range of them, I dunno) within said endocannabinoid system, which results in some of the effects that people experience from it.
CRBP came up with "lenabasum", which they're shilling. It's synthetic, it isn't just THC or CBD or some weed oil distillate, so it was artificially manufactured. They're saying it targets receptors within the endocannabinoid system. This does not necessarily mean it actually has anything to do with marijuana, aside from both of them containing compounds that target similar/the same receptors.
