Bros... I can't decide if it's time to start DCAing back in to VOO and other ETFs, or if I should just keep dropping money into my savings accounts?

I have a weird question for you guys:
My bank sent out an email saying they were increasing the savings account rate to 3.5% APY, which is pretty good (my other Marcus account is only 3%). HOWEVER... I do not have a savings account at my bank, I have a Money Market account. I checked the published rates on the bank's website, and it said Money Market accounts are still at 0.04% APY...... which is objectively pathetic. HOWEVER AGAIN, I actually logged into my account, and THERE it says that MY Money Market account is getting 3.45%...
Idk wtf is going on...
