I just don't see it going that long. The SEC doesn't have a leg to stand on. I'm trying to figure out why they even brought the case in the first place.

My gut feeling is that this is just more meme Jewish insider trading. Ripple's lawyer is ex SEC. He knows how this stuff works, there is too much fishy stuff with this suit. No way it goes longer than May / June.
