It'll never go that high again. Back then the tech market had 15 years of smooth sailing. This time the 2008 crisis fucked the bullrun. AND tech was a much younger market, so it had much more upside in terms of %. Like buying bitcoin in 2010 vs buying bitcoin in 2020.
3x leveraged ETFs always go down over time in the long run. Ask yourself why the chart for URPO begins in 2011 and doesn't show the 2008 crisis.
