My fellow crypto brothers, can we discuss exit plans?

When shit inevitably hits the fan, do you have an exit strategy? I fear when this day comes I will not be able to move my funds from cold storage onto an exchange fast enough. We've seen first hand how the blockchain can be disrupted or exchanges can go down in seconds. Being a Canada cuck I feel I'm at even more of a disadvantage. Is our best bet to see the signs in advance (Tether, BTC's impending doom for example) and take our profit accordingly, thus avoiding the chaos? Not trying to FUD here, just want to keep my bases covered as best as I can. Give me your thoughts /biz/.
