Is anyone here former or current Property Management?

I was a maintenance-dude in a past life but transitioned to being a Property Manager in the past year. The residents are spoiled-rotten assholes, the coworkers are barely-literate retards, and the leadership is a bunch of "Emotionally Intelligent" roasties.

I was told that commercial-PM is more money+less emotion, because you're dealing with businesses' bottom line rather than idiots' roof over their heads. But in the post-covid era, I know that sector is facing HUGE problems.

Moving within the company is not really an option. Moving within residential-PM probably means barely more money with substantially more responsibility.

How do you deal with this? Is there any other lower-stress position I could move to with this kind of experience? I dreamed that if you could manage property you could manage anything.

But being the whipping-boy for 500 tenants, whose only qualification is a +650 credit score, and simultaneously the scapegoat for landlords, whose only qualifications are a $300,000+ mortgage, at standard industry rates, is a big load of what they call "green horseshit". I'm not an idiot. This is just the best I've finagled myself into so far. Help me!!!
