It allows anybody to create and launch tokens that immediately get locked and either uniswap for aetherium or pancakeswap for BSC. It also automatically locks Dev funds in a trust so that they cannot run away with it. You still need to do your due diligence because anybody can make one of these and anybody can set the time of when the dev funds unlock. It's not a replacement for research or thinking but it definitely is a guarantee that the devs do what they say they'll do with their funds
