quickly, adding rocket fuel for crazy bond bull that competes with stocks XD

pensions funds (60% bonds) and some hedge funds are doing fantastic. also real estate market outlook is good with record low mortgages. stock market is very tiny speculative market, only if bonds or real estate take a hit would cause bigger damage
