But that happens less and less now.

I have been out of crypto for 2 years and last time i used my shitty local exchange.I need to choose the exchange i'm gonna use, now (yes, i'm coming late) i suppose any of them have stop loss functionality nowadays, but which ones are reliable, how is that tether bullshit doing? Will it bust and wipe out a bunch o people?
