Absolutely. If you invested it all in an all-market index fund, it would average 6% YoY and you could have a safe withdrawal rate of 3.5%, or $70,000. This will grant you a very comfortable lifestyle in much of the US, outside of the top 10 most expensive cities.

You could even find plenty of small, quiet, safe and pretty towns in the countryside where you could basically live like a Prince for that sum, barring any major debt.
