No. One or more is always involved. I've seen several "businessmen" trying to make it in Europe and it always comes down to either what you wrote or having great contacts (rich or in bureaucracy).
I am not accounting for holding stocks, commodities, or assets like real estate. Just pure business.

That's too much for me. I just buy and hold. I wouldn't be able to trade something like tech since I would always sell too early. Like why even trade when it only goes up?
