When I was a private chef I used to cook for some of the most successful hedge fund managers in the world. They would often host dinner parties where disgusting greasy producers would turn up effectively asking for money so that they could make their shitty movie. The financier giving over the money would suggest their own narratives being added into the movie.

The disgusting producers would oblige due to their desperation of wanting to make a movie that may get them some recognition.

I’ve been telling people this for years but it’s fallen on deaf ears of course.
