I got drunk and Hugh and euphoric and lost 0.6 BTC and 8 ETH on bybit

Then I panic during a downturn and tried to flip my whole portfolio to USDC and by BTC cheaper. I fucked up and bought it higher losing another 0.5BTC

I’m now crying and my stomach is in knots. I managed to lose 2/3 of my folio I spent years growing in the span of 6 weeks during the a very bullish crypto market
