How do I approach this?

Part of me thinks she's bluffing, because while the industry I work in is incestuous and it's conceivable I could have been seen interviewing (office I was at interviewing is less than 100 yards away from where another firm where numerous previous coworkers work), planet Earth is a big place. On the other hand, it's pretty fucking obvious that I've been interviewing elsewhere given that I've been talking annual leave randomly and on short notice, and that I've stopped giving a shit.

What do I do?
