ETF are better long term [put 100, take out gains after some time] or on a daily basis? [put 100, take out %increase every day]

The answer seems pretty clear, they are better long term: instead of taking out the crumbles, the crumbles are "working for you" an you'll cash out more later.
But isn't maybe better, for ultra-low risk, to take out everyday what goes over 100, and to not sell at loss knowing that it will go up in few days?
