Why would PRC give a national level project like Gui'an new city to some obscure unknown company that had no value pre 2017 crypto boom.
this was the first question i asked myself when i saw it being shilled hard

then later in 2018 when China want on an all out ban on every single cryptocurrency due to the amount of ICO scams erupting. Vechain still made up bogus partnerships about China national level(oh boy, i am sure they made an exception just for vechain LMAO)
China even warned their S.A.R. whom they give ecnomic freedom to beware of ICO scams and added daily advertisements that exists till this day on TV channels.


oh and let's not forget the Vitalik claims they made and the exposure that followed or the "BMW rumor is true" fake pump and the latest stunt of lotteries to manipulate the market again.
