just buy 2 minutes before close, then sell at open the next day, and its no longer a day trade

also if you have 10 shares in something, buy 5 more, then sell 10 shares, youll have 5 shares left, and 0 day trades

if you really want to go balls in to make money you easily can without day trading

but youll probably get burned at some point no matter what, definitely will if you use margin
