Lifting is fun and based, lots of anons made good points in this thread as to why lift, so go read those. What I have to add is this: don't confuse tiktok zoomers or hollywood actors or fitness influencers for regular people who lift. Trust me, you will NOT look like some giant freak of nature or chiseled bodybuilder if you lift natty a few years don't worry about it, you will look like you do now but better, and most importantly FEEL 10x better and be generally healthier
