not always, but generally yes. as i've said before, there's a certain job i want to work at and the time to hire us is soon. its a job that will be 60-80 hours a week for at least a year.

i have a good goy score because i only take on debt that i can pay off in 6 months (that includes auto payments) except for my mortgage of course. i like my store cards, i use them because i shop at those stores all the time

yes, but actually no. basically, by bailing out banks (again) JPow has now accelerated inflation which is going to of course destabilize the already unstable economy. short term bull run, long term hyperinflation. that is, if JPow decides to do a 25 point hike or a pause. if he sticks with a 50 point hike, we might not get hurt as bad.

i might dump JEPI and go into SPXS this week. if the 10y yield keeps rising along with the dollar, i might jump on it.
