I staked a massive amount of USDC in the past few days, so have a look at the screenshot for some numbers of it in practice. That's a total of about 3.2k USDC and 950 BNT. The BNT has yet to multiply since the positions are just a few days old. Finally, so long as I keep them in there for at least 100 days, I get any IL covered.
