It's actually only about 3.2m cap if you go by the 9m circulating supply. Coingecko has it higher as they include NFT's that aren't in circulation.

I think it is so low now because after it listed the early buyers and influencers dumped and it went to 6c.. smart anons took advantage and bought it. Now people are realizing the project is actually legit, the devs have great credentials and are honest and communicate frequently. It won't be this low for long.
