What are those weird things on certain aisles that look like a Drinking fountain, but they are full of blue liquid and a little sponge. I was told if you touch the liquid you get frost bite. What are those things?

Fair question, but the same could be asked of any landlord that's overleveraged to the hilt and doesn't have their six months of savings ready in case the tenant can't pay. I mean, what the fuck did they think would happen if the tenant - in this case, Cheesecake Factory, went out of business? I would hope whoever they're renting from actually owns those buildings otherwise HOLY FUCK WHAT KIND OF DUMBASS WOULD AGREE TO TAKE ON MASSIVE MORTGAGE DEBT ON BEHALF OF A BUSINESS THAT SHOULD OWN ALL THE BUILDINGS THEMSELVES? WHAT KIND OF ABSOLUTE FUCKING MAROON WOULD THINK THAT KIND OF GRAVY TRAIN WOULD LAST FOREVER AND NOT HAVE A CONTINGENCY PLAN?
