For most corporate jobs you'll still need a degree. Doesn't need to be tech-related (I've met plenty of decent QA folks with degrees in art history or biology) but you'll get auto-rejected without a bachelor's in something.
For webdev, you can honestly get away with self-study or some coding bootcamp to get you up-to-speed. It's really not that difficult from a technical perspective. For anything on the backend though it's unlikely that be good without a solid foundation in math.
