I've got an 80 acre mini farm that I can bug out to at a moment's notice.
No livestock aside from chickens atm, but have real good friends who have hogs and beef less than 5 miles away.
Still have a ton of canned food from last year and have good well water and a creek that runs through my property.
Also enough guns and ammo to fend off the nogs if they some how figured out how to escape their rat nests an hour away.

That’s the age where you still have 40 years left to enjoy and start a family, but any later and you’re just playing catch up your whole life.
That said, you don’t want to make it before 30 either. Men need to spend a decade struggling to build character.
If you’re some 23 year old with $10 million, you’ll be broke within a decade unless you have extreme discipline.
