the only bolts in question are on a piece of the plane that is literally designed to come off. obviously not in the manner that it did in this instance but this piece is literally the emergency exit. how can you be so brain dead to think every single bolt on all planes must be inspected? and there is zero evidence as of yet it is a manufacturing defect and not a poor airliner general maintenance defect.
