I just made the leap from a lowly rentcel to a property enjoyer. It's scary but fuck it. By the time it drops 20%, it'll already have grown 40-60%+ from todays prices. People are ready to pay. And if some freak accident occurs and it drops day after closing, who gives a fuck in five years. Meanwhile rentcels enjoying paying other peoples mortgages.
