this. I remember btc "crashing" from 1,000 to 100 and all the btc marines were like "so what I'm still up 10x, my average buy-in was $10." And everyone that was "late" to the game thought they were fucked for life for buying the "top." Little did they know they could still 20x if they played their cards right. And all this shit also happened at the extremely early stages too like $2-4. I got fucked with chainlink by having every instinct tell me to FOMO in when link was less than $2, and I got half my stack then, but I didn't listen to my instinct fully until my mind was telling em to FOMO in at the top, so I got my other half-stack when link was more than $4. But if and when this shit takes off $10 to $100 I'll be able to pay off my student loans. If not, then I lost a few grand but scared money don't make money.
