Not Monday. Not ever. This will go through a complete jury trial which Ripple will likely lose and have to appeal. But even if they win it will not be resolved until 2023 at the earliest. The price of XRP will stagnate and be forgotten during this time frame. It's over, with the caveat that Japan could save the entire thing but still not for another 5 years.

TLDR - All XRP holders are fucked for years. lol.
