I agree but I don't know how much it must go up, I don't know enough about how much supply there is vs industrial demand, and I don't know how much the historical nostalgia of silver as money plays into silver's valuation in the eyes of much bigger players than me. To me, that makes it a riskier player than gold (again, purely due to central bank holdings) which is the main point I wanted to make.
