That's fair. Thanks for being warm and comfy fren. I agree it is a possibility long term. Fully. Which I unironically think will offer a triple profit opportunity for tankers in that they ride contango with high rates, demand shock happens and they scrap to preserve high rates, and then production skyrockets again and makes another contango which tankers charge obscene rates for with lower tanker supply to make it better. But I am not nearly that hopeful in practice, not delusional.

But my issue is simply he implied this and next month's contracts, which I mean....supply glut. Doesn't matter if it is "worth" more if you can't buy it. I don't get what I could possibly be missing for that to be ignored.
