The key in fixing scaling is solving storage, otherwise you could just increase blockzie years ago and all of this would never be a problem, but it is so the real solution to scaling is figuring out how to store this insane amount of data efficiently while keeping it as decentralized as possible. Turns out the way to do it is the same way large scale datacenters usually do it, that approach was just deemed unworkable, until it wasn't.
