valuable to me is just perspective. it looks like average quarter-size no-nothing turquoise can retail somewhere around 40-100 bucks per pound, with decent chunks going upwards of several hundred to several thousand for a multi-pounder. a hundred pounds of average turquoise id hope to get a few thousand bucks. thats all im in it for, just a hobby on weekends and maybe save up over time to buy some undeveloped land in town.
