It just means further removing industry supply lines from china. And it wont be the end of globalization. Some stuff is coming back like some chip plants but everything is primarily moving to vietnam, cambodia, Philippines and such. Even chinese companies are moving to cambodia because they work even cheaper than the chinese workers.
