from my experience:
- use tails
- as long as youre using monero you should be fine, even if you bought it with BTC. didnt even use PGP. however i do keep my links and stuff on a usb that i can destroy if necessary
- had no problem getting goods directly to my house, but it may depend on what country you live in. vendors use stealth, hiding it in paper letters, soap bars and other shit. if youre afraid, just get a small dose or a discreet drug (lsd is easiest to hide)
- use a trusted vendor (with lots of varied reviews, not all saying the exact same stuff)
- whatever youre trying, use the smallest active dose or you might make yourself freak out for a few hours/days/weeks or get instantly hooked
