Andre Cronje's exact words are that the team completely changed. He says those who are listed on Github did nothing, they contributed nothing to the project and should be removed. They pretty much scammed and took money. Also besides the development team which has completely changed, Joseph Jang, the CSO was also forced out for scamming investors.

Cronje actually says they might have cashed out ICO at 50% of what it is worth when the money was raised. So $20 Million.

He also says they have 60 total developers working and are burning through about $3 Million per year.
