There is no ownership of the 0xBitcoin contract. It's the first mineable token. The purpose for mining is for distribution. Ethereum protects the chain. There is no 51% attacking 0xBTC. There is no death spiral. Meaning if miners want to fuck off and not mine 0xbtc will still function.
