I met mine doing volunteer gardening at a nature reserve. Meeting introvert girls is pretty hard in general though because they're rarer than introvert men and it's hard to meet them outside of niche things like the volunteer gardening thing because a lot don't want to be found. In 30+ women I've only met one genuine introverted female and now I'm dating her. I wasn't there hunting women though, investing is my actual job but all my previous jobs have been basically physical labor so I wanted some physical work to do. She was the only one there that wasn't a geriatric so even there wasn't full of them, I got incredibly lucky, but I lift and read a lot and books are where we connected so meeting isn't enough, you have to actually be in shape and knowledgeable so women find you attractive. You won't find them in modern universities either. Do your hobbies and what makes you happy and you'll know where to look, it's not about finding introverted women, there are plenty of them I'd probably hate, you want a woman who shares your values and interests and only you will know where those places are by doing what you enjoy.
