A straddle are ATM calls/puts. A strangle is OTM calls/puts. +-10% is a good range IMO if you are doing a strangle.

It is going to be a big mover on ER; definitely not move sideways. I don't think it is wise to pick a side bullish/bearish on it. Take a look at the chart I posted. Even with IV being in excess of 100% on many options, you still will be able to make money as the average price change is about 30% over a 7 day period.
