Just let the market do its thing and automation won't be a problem. Human crave rarity, automation will just create a new market for artisan goods while making basic stuffs dirt cheap, basically not only the difference betwin rich and poor will be mostly cosmetic but people will be able to leave the soul crushing factories and offices to work as artisans, be it in clothing, food making or furnitures.
