sure, gold is higher today than it was in 2007 but its lower than it was in 2011 and since then we've printed $4,741,800,000,000 and added $14,000,000,000,000 to the national debt!
if gold was ever a hedge to this insanity it would've gone to to $100,000+ per ounce a long time ago
