Something is fucking wrong with your math. It makes no fucking sense. I understand what you're trying to do to generate the M_n quarterly/seasonal multiplier numbers, but please read the following from your whitepaper, the first page, which I've put in pic related.

You say...
M_n = 1 + (0.01 + M_(n-1) + M_(n-2))
... and obviously you've put a typo in a couple of places, because that first parentheses is clearly redundant and I think you meant something else, and... well let me just calculate the first few values. Please bear with 4chan's awful formatting.

First of all, you did not define the previous M's.
Second of all, you are not clear if M_1 is 1.01 or if M_2 is 1.01. I say this because it is counter-intuitive to read your first page and then think, "Oh, so I get a 1% multiplier the first nanosecond I invest!" I of course understand what you actually mean, but it is simply worded a little strangely.

M_(n-2)........M_(n-1)........M_n
--------------------------------------------------------
0 (defined?) 0 (defined?) 1.01 (by definition)
0 1.01 2.02 (but you claim: 1.02)
1.01 2.02 4.04 (but you claim: 1.03)
2.02 4.04 7.07 (but you claim: 1.05)

You are also clearly using microsoft word.

If the developer is somewhere here, let me know where to go so that I can talk to you people to help you fix your paper. I'll teach you how to use LaTeX so it also doesn't look ugly and has an actually navigable table of contents. I'll fix the freaking math, too... I'll just re-do the whole thing. This reminds me of my second year of college. No worries, we all make silly mistakes, but this is a rather catastrophic mistake to have published three days before your Initial Liquidity Offering.
