>turns out boss wanted at least 3 people to cover this area, higher ups gave him one hire

>half of accounting quits and new hires come in, while they’re getting up to speed majority of accounting for marketing is now up to me
>Half of our accounts use Fucking DOS, so I’m entering in every credit manually with no mouse on one of my screens.

My duties now consist of:
>Marketing promos
>budget balancing
>event planning (3 this month alone across country, 500+ people)
>Crediting accounts
>promotions
>dealing with managers whenever one comes complaining about a $5 variance in a $10,000 payout.

There’s more but at this point its just a slew of more and more stuff. Consistently doing 12 hour shifts 4 out of 5 days of the week. Some fuck in HR also just sent out my number as payroll by mistake in the newsletter, that’s a whole other nightmare.
